12/24 update, new years event
Instead of snowflakes (?) now offering coins drop. They can be used at the shrine assesible from the NPC frost, lilim, cerberus, or tam lin.
So far what we have gotten:

buff - kery says it exists lol

New Dungeon(?) - Makai Tochou (False)
Launched in Update of 12/22/2015.
Location: TMG Building
Start: Talk to stone tablet, no plate required
Pre-requisite: lvl 70, B Class DB license
2 routes:
North - all enemies null magic
South - all enemies null physical
Default is North route, to go to the South route head there through portal in 1st room.
To start, talk to Yaginuma, 1st option.
Loot rooms appear in floors 1 and 4 when killing all normal spawns in front of the rooms. Contains ~2k mags and 1-20 hazel branches.
NPCs
option 1: spawn mobs
option 2: pay 1000 macca
Using option 1 and 2 will light up the plasmas on floor 6. You can also ignore them and move on.
Lighting up all the plasma will make Lucifugus boss stronger and increase number of branches in end loot. Easy - no lighted plasmas, Normal - 5 lighted plasmas (either north or south NPCs cleared), Hard - 10 lighted plasmas (both north and south NPCs cleared)

Other teleporter takes you to South side floor 5.

New easy way to get C5 expertises

Step 1: Get OOPTHs (each oopth gives 1 Yagiya Report) or if you're pro hardcore and shiz you get pro DB items from run loot boxes (each pro itemz gives 20 Yagiya Reports).

Step 2: Trade the OOPTHS or pro itemz to yagiya for Yagiya Reports at any yagiya.
Step 3: Give Yagiya Reports to Thoth in exchange for expertise, Each Yagiya Report is 1 rank of expertise (up to class 5, except Creation, up to class 4) so if you can do math you already know that 1 pro itemz gets 2 classes of expertise. Yay!
Thoth can be found in Babel near destiny girl or in Home 3 outside noob area.
Step 4: profit!

Halloween 2015 Event :D
So Nori usually does this ._. but incase anyone is gunna play here is the halloween event details for 2015.
Start by talking to the Nekomata in Shibuya (exit Babel and turn left look for the big green EVENT).
Once in the event area, go down past the Kaichi (who will teleport you to any dungeon for 1k macca) and into the main lobby. Here similarly to the 2014 Christmas event, there are a bunch of demon npcs where you can trade snowflakes for things.
Talk to the Pyro npc about ﾊﾟｲ and then he will give you a book talisman. You need this book to use the pie throwing skills. Talk to the Yagiya about the same thing and he will give you 5 pink sprays. These are what get you into the runs.
After this, form a party and enter the run. It is reccomended that you have a full party one person for each corner, and a filler in the middle.
Once the run starts you will be faced against different waves of enemies. Each wave will spawn twice. There are key things to kill and filler. Ignore the filler and kill only the key demons.
Stage 1: Kill all Poltergeists (recommended spin as they only have 2 HP)
Stage 2: Kill the Camazotz and Badb Catha (rush the Camazotz and spin the Badbs)
Stage 3: Kill the Ooze, Blob and Alice (Rush Alice spin the rest. Use shot when needed)
Stage 4: Kill the Mara and Slime (Rush Mara then use shot to kill it. Use either spin/shot combos on slimes)
Stage 5: Kill the Chatterskulls and Turdaks (Odds are you will have 30 seconds or less to do this so .-. gl)
You start with 15 health and each time you are countered/dodged/hit you lose HP. The more waves your party defeats and the more HP you have the more snowflakes you get at the end of the run.
There are also some special mobs that spawn. Killing any of them gives a chance to drop their plugins. However if it is a Sudama ignore it because he resets your point bonus.
As for rewards I am told 90% of the demon skills given by the chatterskulls suck. If you want to trade snowflakes for macca, dont. Buy valuable cards and sell those. Other than that im not 100% sure if anything is good. I will update if I find out.

GUYS GUESS WHAT I LEARNED TODAY
All our rounding build things is no longer valid :D ....the hours and hours of grinding from class 1-5 ALSO INVALID.
So two things I learned:
1. You can now trade any OOPTHS at any Yagiya for 1 Yagiya Note. More rare ones go for 20 notes. Trade 1 of these notes for 1 rank of ANY CLASS (minus talk, threaten, and other negotiating skills). 10 gives you 1 whole shiny class up until Class 5 (a couple only til 4 BUT STILL D:)
I have updated my rounding expertise page to reflect this :D.
2. You can trade DM cards to the Yagiya in Alternate Babel for some sort of abyss key. 3 keys for 1 card. Talk to the pyro jack right of the docks and you enter a run with KF, black frost , and frost ace. End chest gives 20 sapphires and ive heard sometimes it drops an item that gives +50% exp.....havent gotten one yet but will see. If you get the 20 sapphires from each key = 300k a day......... D:
So far the end of the Elevator run gives :
Frost Belt : the +50% item I was talking about before. (Can be item mixed into a +3)
Frost Ace Plugin Item
Frost Ace Crystal
Some sort of ? item (I'll figure out what it does)
